Please Read Before Ordering
All merchandise offered by Frytzy's Art Factory — including, without limitation, custom-printed items, wall art, housewares, and any other product listed as made-to-order — is manufactured individually and specifically in response to each customer's order. Unlike stocked or mass-produced retail goods, these items are not held in pre-existing inventory and are produced only after an order is placed. Accordingly, purchasers are strongly encouraged to review all product details, including dimensions, materials, color representations, personalization text, and imagery, with care prior to completing a purchase, as production begins promptly upon order confirmation and cannot be modified, paused, or reversed once initiated. If you have any uncertainty as to sizing, appearance, suitability for your intended use, or any other aspect of a listed item, we encourage you to contact us at supercomputerincorporated@gmail.com prior to placing your order, as such inquiries cannot be accommodated after production has commenced.
Final Sale
Except as otherwise required by applicable law, all merchandise sold by Frytzy's Art Factory is deemed final sale upon order confirmation and is not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or cancellation on the basis of buyer's remorse, change of preference, ordering error, or dissatisfaction with a product that was produced and delivered in accordance with the specifications and imagery presented at the time of purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that merchandise is received in a materially damaged or defective condition, or in the event of a fulfillment error resulting in delivery of incorrect merchandise, the purchaser may submit a claim to supercomputerincorporated@gmail.com within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of delivery. Any such claim must be accompanied by clear photographic documentation of the item and its condition upon receipt, along with the applicable order number. Claims submitted without such documentation, or submitted after the stated period has elapsed, may not be considered. All determinations regarding the validity of a claim, and any resulting remedy, are made at the sole discretion of Frytzy's Art Factory.
Non-Returnable Categories
In addition to the general final-sale terms above, the following categories of merchandise are non-returnable under all circumstances other than verified damage or defect as described above: custom-printed goods, personalized or name-specific items, wall art, housewares, made-to-order apparel, and any item marked as final sale or clearance at the time of purchase.
European Union Consumers
For consumers located within the European Union, statutory withdrawal rights pursuant to Directive 2011/83/EU may apply to certain categories of transactions. Such rights are, however, subject to the exceptions set forth in Article 16(c) of the Directive for goods manufactured to consumer specification or which are clearly personalized, which exception applies to the substantial majority of merchandise offered by Frytzy's Art Factory. Consumers with questions regarding the applicability of statutory withdrawal rights to a specific order may direct such inquiries to supercomputerincorporated@gmail.com prior to placing an order.
Exchanges
As all merchandise is produced on a made-to-order basis, exchanges are not available. A purchaser wishing to obtain a different size, color, or variation of an item must place a new, separate order.
